1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

At BBstoreX, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Certain items, such as [non-returnable items like custom products, gift cards, or hygiene-related products], are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • If rejected (due to used/damaged items), we may return the item to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Contact your credit card provider; it may take some time before your refund is posted.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hours of purchase. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
