We process all orders within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, we will send you an email confirmation.

🚚 How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2-5 working days. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

📍 Do you ship outside the UK?

No, we currently only ship within the UK.

🔄 Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.

We offer 7-day returns. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact our support team for return instructions. We dont cover return label unless item is damaged or incorrect.
